Although I own several successful web sites, my real business is Internet Marketing...and this is true of most successful website owners. It is not difficult to find a great product and create a website for it. HOWEVER, getting traffic to the site and making sales are quite another story.

My wife and I became very serious with our online businesses in late 2004. Since then we have both been able to quit our full-time jobs in education and now work from home!

We live on 10 wooded acres with our six dogs in what most would call a remote area of Northwest Oklahoma. We are 50 miles from the nearest Wal-mart and our closest town has one blinking stop light. We LOVE IT here! Our other interests include running, stained and fused glass work, pottery, metal art, and gardening.

Fortunately, our telephone company is a privately owned cooperative. They are very progressive and have DSL to nearly all their customers - no matter how far from town they are!

Whether I live here or New York City, my DSL line provides me a truly equal opportunity for success on the Internet.
